Real-time Picking & Shipping Control

SPEDE Warehouse Control transacts with host ERP and Release Accounting systems to get picklist or shipper data to direct the picking process.

SPEDE allocates the picked serial numbers to the customer order number to:

  • Ensure that all picked units for an order are shipped
  • Control staging of picked orders
  • Maintain Traceability of Finished Goods to Customer ship-to locations

SPEDE Real-time Trailer Loading Control ensures that the Customer Order is correct and complete before the trailer leaves your dock by:

  • Scanning Master Serial Numbers as pallets are loaded
  • Verifying Serial Numbers are correct for this Trailer load
  • Verifying Load is complete before the trailer can "close"
  • Creating a ship transaction and ASN datastream to update your host systems
