Labeling Control: Supplier Labeling Solution
Supplier Labeling Solution enables Automated Receiving

Enables Automated Receiving using
RF Scanning or RFID

Let your Suppliers Label your Inventory!

The SPEDE Internet-based Supplier Labeling module enables you to streamline and automate your Receiving process because shipments can arrive from your Suppliers already pre-labeled to your specifications.

When the pre-labeled material arrives, you can scan it or use RFID to automatically verify and record the receipt, update your ERP, and route the material to the correct destination.

Supplier Labeling enables you keep material moving upon its arrival, rather than getting bogged down at Receiving, waiting to be labeled. It also cuts your labor and material costs by elimimating the need for internal labeling.

SPEDE Advantages:

  • Enables your Suppliers to label shipments to your specifications
  • Enables automated Receiving at your dock
  • Eliminates the time and cost of internal labeling at your dock
  • Provides visibility of Raw Material en route from your suppliers
  • Serialized Traceability begins with Supplier Labeling

Supplier Labeling Module prints Barcode/RFID Labels

Your Suppliers Can Print your Inventory Labels

Easy, Inexpensive Labeling Solution

To get started, your Suppliers only need Internet access to your SPEDE Server (where the Supplier Labeling module resides) and a barcode or RFID printer.

When your Supplier is about to ship an order, they can access your SPEDE Server and download the label data for that shipment. They can print and apply serialized barcode or RFID Master Labels with your Part Number and other detailed data to your material.

Sends a “Virtual ASN”to your SPEDE System

Your Supplier's labeling process will automatically create a “virtual ASN” on your SPEDE Server when the label detail is downloaded to their printer. No EDI software is required.

You'll know the exact contents of shipments enroute, so you can better manage resources and production schedules.
